Returns

1. Initiate a Return:

   • Contact us.
   • Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

2. Return Shipping:

   • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days of receiving the return.

4. Refund:

   • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
   • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

• We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
